Terms and Conditions of e-gift vouchers
- Adults are anyone 12+ years old.
- Children are anyone between ages 4 and 11 years old.
- Children are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Be sure to type in your e-gift voucher code in the required box at the time of booking your tour date and time. Otherwise you will be charged for the tour.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using or purchasing an E-Voucher. By using or purchasing an E-Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or purchase an E-Voucher.
- Definitions
a. “E-Voucher” refers to an electronically delivered voucher or coupon that can be used to redeem goods, services, or discounts at participating merchants.
b. “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to the provider of the E-Voucher service StepsBackThruTime guided walking tour experience.
c. “You” or “Your” refers to the user or purchaser of the E-Voucher.
d. “Merchant” refers to the business or entity that offers goods, services, or discounts in exchange for the E-Voucher.
- E-Voucher Use
a. E-Vouchers are redeemable only for the services specified by the issuing Merchant.
c. These E-Vouchers do not have an expiration date.
d. E-Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and no cash refunds or exchanges will be provided.
- Purchase and Payment
a. When You purchase an E-Voucher, the purchase amount will be deducted from Your selected payment method.
b. All purchases of E-Vouchers are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for E-Vouchers, except as required by applicable laws.
- Loss or Theft
a. We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of E-Vouchers. Keep Your E-Voucher code safe and confidential.
- Limitations
a. We reserve the right to limit or cancel E-Voucher purchases that we believe are fraudulent or violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Compliance with Law
a. By using or purchasing an E-Voucher, You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and disclose information about Your use of E-Vouchers if required by law or if We believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or those of third parties.
- Modifications
a. We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the revised version will be effective immediately upon posting. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
